I have used several Deburr Wheels and this is the longest lasting and best there is for the $! There are several out there that have NUMEROUS failures such as “stripping, glue residue, hub failure, high wear, excessive grooving.†Many go out-of-round because of these issues and can’t be corrected due to the manufacturing “layup†process.â€BTW my current wheel is half the size and still works well even tho the surface speed is greatly reduced. I actually bought a new one because my old wheel is now so small, the bigger motor diameter is getting in the way. Yeah I know I could setup a belt drive wheel hub, but I don’t have the room.

Scotch-Brite wheels are fantastic. Not cheap but for what they do, they do it like nothing else.

I have used this brand wheel for over 12 years and it's just worn down from 8" to 6". It's a pretty hard wheel and does take some pressure to cut, and it's a great for deburring. I have used it on stainless steel, aluminum and steel and it leaves almost a polished finish.

I have not used it but it does not seem to be solid enough . It seems as if you would use it the wheel would dig in and were down quickly .
