Cheap junk. Lasted 1 day, wind opened the door and broke it within 24 hours. Wow.

The wind caught my screen door, just when the movers had my restrainer chain disconnected. Bent the shaft on the closure cylinder and tore the mount out of the door frame. This units was a good replacement for the original. Works like a charm.
