I had regularly found myself wishing I could adapt my SDS Max hammer drill to to an SDS Plus for various projects. Now, I can.The adapter clicks into the SDS Max side easily. The SDS Plus side holds bits firmly. I think the beefiness will handle any attachment that comes in SDS plus.They call it a "chuck" in the title but I wouldn't describe it as a chuck. I actually got a separate SDS Plus to drill chuck adapter so the big hammer drill can literally hold any bit up to SDS Max size.At this price, it won't last forever, but I really only need it to last through one and a half bathroom remodels, and I'm confident that it will.
