The operation of this is so easy & quick, I really like it. Especially the foil cutter, so I won’t risk my fingers next time I want do one with a knife.I deducted 1/2 star because you have to be strong when you are aiming the corkscrew down the cork. It kept slipping around on me, so it took a bit longer than it should. Otherwise no -roblem

This is a great product! Go through a lot of wine and it’s such a hassle to try and open a bottle the old school way. This is super easy put it on the bottle and hit a button! Also love that the light shows when it’s charging or not. Didn’t give four stars because it doesn’t always line up to charge easily. It lasts for a long time and is very durable

We had an older model, all black wine opener and it was great. It worked perfectly. But this - this is almost wine opening art! It reminds me of one of those elevators with windows. Watching the inside work is a fun thing to do while getting your corkage out. Hahaha, it really does look nicer on the cabinets. And works perfectly, very smooth. Highly recommend.

This is the 3rd one I bought in month (I returned the 2 previous ones.) I've had for a month and so far so good. Works well and have only charged once so far. One issue is I'm in Australia and it didn't come with an adaptor, which was a bit annoying but getting one was easy enough
