The belt was cheep and broke after about a week. the rollers however worked great, I didn't use the belt tensioner gide because I wasn't sure if it was part of the reason for the belt breaking so i used the old one once I replaced the belt with a different one.

Exactly what I needed to fix my Whirlpool dryer. It came as advertised with all the necessary parts, including the drum rollers, idler pulley, and belt. Everything fit perfectly, just like the original components.I used a YouTube tutorial to guide me through the installation, and while it took some time, the process was straightforward. Once installed, the dryer started working like new—no more loud noises or issues with the drum spinning.Overall, this kit is a great value for the price and saved me from having to buy a new dryer or call a repair technician. If you’re handy and willing to follow a tutorial, this is a great DIY fix!

I ordered this kit after my 6 yr old dryer started making a thumping sound... One of the rollers had cracked. This kit had the rollers, AND the belt and tensioner pulley. It looked like a good deal and had over 2500 reviews. Great, right??? NOT !!!! While the rollers look like the originals, they are VERY MUCH INFERIOR !!! After putting them in, the dryer ran great... For only 3 loads of clothes!!! During the 4th load, the dryer started thumping again... I took it apart, while the dryer was still warm, and found that one of the NEW rollers had cracked and was coming off the plastic hub. The rubber roller gets soft with heat, and fails. NEWS FLASH... Dryers get warm, that's the whole purpose!! These rollers lasted ONE WEEK. BUYER BEWARE!! Check out the photos that other reviewers have posted. That's what my rollers looked like.

Great deal to fix a Kenmore dryer that is at least 30 years old. I lost a drum roller and could have got by with just replacing the one roller but this kit included two rollers ,clips, idler pulley and a new belt so I decided while I had it disassembled it would be wise to replace all the wear hardware. The rollers may or may not be OEM quality, but they are the right size and are working correctly. The belt is slightly narrower than the original, which considering the age didn't look that bad but I replaced it anyways. The failed roller actually had fallen off the stud and the dryer was pretty noisy but amazinly was still functioning with only one roller. These old style dryers are incredibly durable,in large part I'm sure due to their simplicity.I think the price of this kit was about $23 which is a fantastic deal if the parts last.I kept the old good roller, the old idler arm and belt for spare parts. The whole repair took about an hour and fifteen minutes. One person can do it although when reinstalling the drum a second person would be helpfull. There are several good videos on yuotube than can walk anyone through the process.

My dryer's drum stopped turning and after a quick Google search found that it was probably a broken belt. After watching a quick video and taking my dryer apart, I found that actually was the issue. I was originally worried it was a bad motor or something. Anyway I looked up the belt and found this kit which has everything the repair video suggested I replace while replacing the belt. For the most part, everything was easy to replace, and the instructions were easy enough to follow, but I needed a second pair of hands to hold the drum while I finished installing the belt. I had to lay on the floor and reach in under the drum to put the belt through the idler and into (I guess it would be called a spindle, not sure of the correct term.) Anyway it was a super tight fit and it took several tries to get it on. In the end I had to use a flat head screwdriver as a lever to pull the belt tight enough to get it on.The only complaint I had was that this kit should have come with a small packet of the white grease for the replacement rollers that the drum rides on. It does not, so make sure you get some. The noise level isn't horrible, but it is louder than it was with the stock rollers. My dryer was relativity cheap and it's lasted close to 10 years already. If I had to replace it, it wouldn't have been the end of the world, but I'm glad this kit was available for a semi-quick fix.Edit: Almost a year later and everything is still working great. I thought the rollers would have given it by now without the grease, but they're still going strong. Define worth the cost of the kit.

I did not want to pay for someone to come work on my machine. The cost to do that is outrageous. So, I bought it on Amazon. My husband was able to replace the part broken. And the machine is still working! Would purchase again.

The product is good. Much cheaper in price compared to local stores. However the belt retentioner I replaced. This wasn’t the part I needed but I replaced it because it came with the package. And why not? The machine was making noise. I changed that part out for the old part and the noise stopped. Not worth returning because the part I originally needed fixed the problem. If it was the part I needed I would not have been happy!

The belt broke on my dryer. But this kit had everything needed to renew my dryer so this was a good choice.

Just installed this kit and turned the dryer on to test. Working fine, and no more screeching noise. Time will tell if it will last. Worth the money for now.Unfortunately after about half a dozen drying times, the rollers' rubber parts disintegrated, causing the drum to wobble and rub against the dryer wall. I will need to buy another set elsewhere. The disintegration may not have been due to poor rubber quality, however. I did notice that when I installed the rollers, one of them had a loose wobble to it, which to me means two things....the roller "bearing" was too loose on the shaft, or the shaft that the roller rode on was worn down from years of use. I would suspect the latter.

the idle pully was making a high pitched squeak so I had to swap it for the old one. then after just 2 weeks the rubber on the 2 drum wheels completely shredded. The one wheel lost all the rubber and was riding on the plastic, which made a horrible noise and scratched the drumDO NOT BUY

These were fairly easy to replace with help from a few good Youtube videos. Our dryer now makes only 10% of the loud rumbling noise over the past half year. There is damage that happened to the dryer drum that was probably due to very destroyed old rollers running for too long. It will probably need a new roller kit every year or two but I am hoping that this kit holds up even longer.
