Worked great. The handles have nice texture gripping. Weight seems good for me, the t-post went into the ground. The size was good, not too big and had no problem. Definitely worth it for several t-post or repeated use, not like swinging a hammer.

I love the fact that there’s some cushion on these compared to most. But it’s still like whoever designed post hole drivers has never used one before. There’s no cushion at the top of the handle where your hands slam when driving. Again, these are better than most, but just a design idea for the future…

The opening is wide enough to accommodate wider posts. (Check the diameter of your post - inside diameter of the post driver measures 2.7" with space for the driver to slide on the post)This has a tight, thick grip on the handles that prevents it from slipping in your hands. Very useful if you've ever accidentally hit yourself in the head with one! (Advise not holding your head directly over the post when drive it anyway.)The video on the website has an image showing how the handles set slightly off center of the post. This allows the post to be held closer toward your chest affording a bit more arm power for driving in posts.The welds are solidIt's well balancedWeighs 10 pounds - there are post drivers that weigh much more but if the ground is relatively soft/wet this works fine (multiple small taps will drive it)It could be easier to use if it were shorter that 17" (for use with taller posts) but this would be a trade for the driving weight of the tool.)It's competitively price for a post drive with rubber grip handles. Glad I have it for fence building in spring.

This post driver is an amazing time saver. I just finished installing 5 metal T-posts in less time and with less effort than I was able to install just one post before using a sledgehammer. This post driver has a hefty weight, similar to a medium size sledge. The metal has a nice textured finish and the welds all look excellent with no gaps or slag buildup. There are also no signs of grinding or re-welded areas. The handles are slightly offset with solid silicone cushioned grips for ease of use and precise handling. Still need to wear a good pair of gloves since the bottom handle supports are not cushioned and you will be riding them with the sides of your hands.One word of warning, this post driver is so efficient (and fun) that it is easy to get carried away and overdrive the post too deep. Take frequent measurements as you get close to your target depth. Don't pass this one up. It's better than any post driver you will find in a home hardware store.

This is very heavy, which will work to drive the u-posts I have for plant supports this spring. I am 5'2" tall, so I will have to get on a small step-ladder to get enough leverage to drive the posts into the ground.

In full disclosure, I haven't actually used this tool because I can't. It's currently the middle of winter and the ground is frozen solid. However, I am extremely impressed with the high-quality construction of this post driver. It is heavy enough to get the job done without being unmanageable even for people who lack upper body strength. The welding is the best I've seen on anything in a long time. It looks extremely professionally-done. However, my favorite things about this post driver are the handles. They are fantastic! Comfortably wide and extremely easy to grip without any slippage of your hands. I truly cannot wait to try this out and, again, I'm very impressed with everything about this tool.

I love the handles. It makes using this much easier. It is sturdy and looks great. I wish it was heavier, though… it would make it easier to use.
