This comes with 2 types of screws (concrete or wood) and it is very easy to install. I actually used it to mount a swing in our room and drilled the screws into beams in our ceiling. Holds very well and a good amount of weight. Highly recommend for a swing.

I used these in the ceiling of my carport for workout Rings. I ended up not using the rings as I have straps and was able to slide them in above the rings.All I needed was to make sure I had a solid fastening point, plus a drill bit and a socket wrench. The included lags worked great and pulled it nice and tight.

I bought these to hang a baby swing in my house. I chose them because the in line screw holes enable me to screw into the rafters of our home with no issues in terms of missing the beam which was the case with the hook that came with the baby swing. Very durable and i feel safe having my child hang from these. They do make some noise though so that is one downside.

I used this to hang a swing in my daughters room and it has held up very very well. I was worried for the first couple of days for their safety but it has been up for months now and no issue. It will hold 200+ at least and easy to install into a stud in the ceiling.

Exactly as described. Perfect for the job. Just put up to day in to joists for use to hold a yoga hammock. Very happy with it so far. Read review below saying use your own bolts. I get what he means- the thread would be better going all the way to the tip but if u drill a little hole first it’s perfect! Thanks a mill!

Good hardware. No instructions, not that you need any but it would be nice for them to be included.
