For one, it was on sale when I purchased. It was made to replace my last scooter that only lasted two months! Uh, no thank you. So I decided to buy from someone else. I'm 5'5" and weigh 175 and 170 (on good days LOL). The ride was so smooth on the gravel road and on the smooth sidewalk. It ran pretty fast and well (I'll update this review after a month). Overall, it was in my college student budget and it comes with a one year warrenty when you register it with the company. It has rubber tires and theyre pretty decently sized. The actual board for your feet/foot is pretty small. I wear a size 9 and can only comfortably place one foot on it. Overall, I don't care or mind this considering the fact that the tip of my other foot can stand on the edge of it and brake easily. The brake is also pretty cool, didn't have an issue with it and the lights are a plusss. It comes with a strap but I still have my last one from the last scooter so Ill be replacing it with that one. I recommend possibly buying a replacement strap but thats up to everyone's own preference. Honestly, everything is also already put together— the only thing you have to do is place the handles in their position (I loved this so much lol, assembly isn't really in issue).Overall, just buy it and give it a try.

This folding scooter is great for teens or even adults to ride. It supports up to 220lbs and the deck certainly feels supportive enough at the upper range of that weight limit. I like how smooth it glides over any unevenness in sidewalks and low curbs, thanks to the large wheels. The wheels roll without much friction so it coasts well off a single push too. It’s quite easy to ride and handles well. The handlebar is adjustable for different heights of riders so even some younger kids can ride this at the lower lever. My 11 year old can ride it just fine and it will grow with her. I bought it as a school commuter scooter and it works well for that. Another nice thing about it is that it can be folded up and carried more compactly when needed. It doesn’t feel very heavy to carry. I like having the kick stand built in for storage, not many scooters have that. Lastly, I really appreciate having the safety lights on the back.

This scooter has been great for my teenage son to get around the neighborhood this summer. I like that this type of scooter is going to keep him active opposed to an electric one. It is just as much fun to ride and glides smoothly as he rides down the road. The adjustable T-bar handlebar allows us to adjust it as needed - while we originally got it for our son our pre teen daughter also likes to ride it. The adjustment of the handlebar for the proper height for them is quick and easy. It has an alloy anti-slip deck, it helps to secure their feet and provide a stable ride. I really like it’s folding design and the carrying strap. If my rides it to a friends house for the night and can carry it in, food and store it where it’s safe.

My wife and I got a scooter each to ride with the kids. Very happy with this purchase, strong and sturdy, comfortable handle grips, easily fold to put in the car

Wheels are nice and comfortable, and suspension makes the ride more pleasant. The scooter does have a decent size; it gives you the ability to adjust the height of the scooter. It is pretty sturdy, but it does make a lot of noise when riding on rougher surfaces. If you ride on smooth surfaces, the noise level decreases. I love the little red light that comes on when you step on the brake. It is really cool, and the braking is efficient. Just take your time when descending down a steep hill. I live in NYC, and I commute to college using public transportation; the scooter's ability to fold is such a blessing and really a good investment.

I bought this scooter for my granddaughter for Christmas 3 months ago and the kickstand broke off. I contacted SereneLife for a replacement part and their customer service is a joke. I gave them all the requested information and they put me into a chat with a "Legal Expert". To go any further into a chat to get help, I would have to pay $5. The part wouldn't cost that much!The scooter is nice but the kickstand is weak.The one star is for service and support on their website.

I was immediately surprised at how heavy duty this scooter is. My 10 year old has been riding it for about a month now and it's been great. Larger wheels and it just feels like it's made well....doesn't feel plastic-y like the ones you see at Walmart and Target. I just wish the kickstands were easier to put down...that's the case with every scooter we've ever bought. Very happy with it.
