These chairs are really great. Quality is good, looks good and surprisingly comfortable. It was delivered in two boxes and did require a lot of assembly. Here is a little feedback on putting them together:- Took about 1.5 hours to assemble both of them- It comes with a small allen wrench- It is easiest if you have a drill with allen wrench drill bits - especially because a few of the pre-drilled holes did not line up (not a problem if you are using a drill but would be hard with the provided wrench)- The screws are silver and very noticeable on the front since they are pretty large. I bought the black chairs so it does stand out but does not bother me.- It did not come with a name plate like the one that is shown on the pictures (on the bottom of the seat). I preferred it without the name plate anyway.Overall the chairs are wonderful. I do not find them oversized. They are really sturdy and look like they will last a while. They are more comfortable then I was expecting and would probably be great if you had some cushions or pillows. I would definitely recommend!

Photo attached:Male is about 5’4 sitting comfortably.-Weight:Semi heavy chair if you’re petite & trying to lift & move this around.Manageable for short distances.-Texture/Feel:Each piece feels dense, smooth texture-Noise:No creaking noiseBase does not make noise against ground during rocking-Style:Beautiful color options—I would love the bright colors but Navy Blue (still attractive) fit my budget. From afar, chair looks like painted wood.-Smell:Slight chemical smell upon opening & during assembly—so I advise you to let it air out before you plan on bringing it indoors.-Assembly time/difficulty:Assembled alone—took my time but probably finished about 40 minutes or more at a slow pace.Easy w/ previous experience. What worked for me was to stay organized, triple check the images details for proper orientation of the parts before screwing on, tightening screws JUST ENOUGH then a wee more after completely assembled for balance.AVOID overtightening screws or using too much force—may lead to cracks. This will also allow you to fit last minute pieces in between without loosening screws all over again to make it fit (towards last steps #C).-Tools/fitment:No power tools required—everything included!(A bit fatiguing on the hands but take breaks, go slow)The ends of shortest planks do not come predrilled w/ holes—I do believe it is intentional because you don’t even need to use much force to puncture holes into these pieces—push while turning to tighten.I was surprised by the low seat height—but that makes it easy for me to get up to standing. For petites, feet may/may not be flat on floor to rock the chair—Solution: add pillow behind back.I love it. Would wish to have an actual lawn or backyard to buy more of these but for now, one chair will do.RECOMMENDATION:-Measure your girth & double-check listing to see if the dimensions of this chair will fit you comfortably.-Screws seemed long but not long enough for some connections to feel secure (especially the backrest).Imagine if someone rocks this chair using more of the force in their back VS feet—this will add stress on the backrest & screws may break off.I suggest you take some time out of your day to grab 4 longer screws just for this part alone.

Two of the three chairs were perfect and very sturdy. Glad I ordered from this company! They are very comfortable. The third chair was missing two screws to secure the arm rest. Overall, I would recommend this companies product over all of the retail stores I checked out prior to ordering these!

Although I initially only received one chair of the two-pack, Serwal immediately shipped me the second chair. The lost one got into the fedex system then vanished from tracking, but Serwal was very responsive! The chairs are a good color, easy to assemble, and I recommend you get a hex bit set for your power drill to make it faster. Comfortable to sit in, especially with a nice seat cushion set. I live in the tropics so having artificial wood is a must. This has a nice wood grain pressed into the surface, so is a decent look-alike. The parts all aligned perfectly and are pre-drilled except for a couple crossbars where it doesn’t matter. I did accidentally put one piece on backwards but quickly figured it out. I think this chair is a great value for the price. And thank you again, Serwal for replacing the one lost in shipment!

We had to replace our very comfortable swivel, rocking patio chairs. Powder coated steel which rusted out within six years!Turned to non rusting, non warping solutions and found these. Material is heavy duty. Ergonomically excellent. Put together easily and apoears will last a very long time. Fast forward ten years for true feedback. For now, they are an excellent and comfortable replacement for our failed set.We bought one rocker and two stationary, with one foot rest. They are big, so cramps our tiny patio, but loving the feel, looks, and presumed durability.

We bought two rockers along with a table for our front porch. Really like the rockers, a great add to the porch. Assembling them wasn’t hard and we learned a lot from putting the first one together. Our biggest issue with the first rocker was getting the back to align with the pre-drilled holes in the base. On the second one we put a dab of yellow artist paint in the pre-drilled holes. With a bright LED flashlight it was simple to get the alignment right by sighting down the hole and moving the back until we could see the yellow paint. If we had to assemble more I would search through my tool collection and see if I had a hex driver attachment for my drill. You would still have to be careful not to over drive the screws and I probably would get them close but finish by hand to make sure I didn’t strip out the holes. Unlike others we had no wrongly placed pre-drilled holes. Once assembled they feel very strong and steady. No squeals, pops, or flexing. On our smooth concrete porch the rockers sit well and rock smoothly. The table was a problem but that was because even though listed as coffee colored it did not match the chairs. A swap with a table by our pool and all is good.
