It keeps baked breads fresh and does not over dry or produce moisture like other storage options. Price was comparable to similar items. Looks and feels great, quality is good. Large Size works for a large round sourdough loaf, or long loaf.

I bake sourdough once or twice a week. My sons each stop by for their weekly loaf and bring their bags with them. They keep the bread fresh for a few days then it starts to dry sitting on the counter. The linen keeps it from getting moldy. I’ve always wrapped mine in a linen tea towel and put it in my metal bread box. It stays much fresher that way.Only thing negative is that I can barely fit my big, round loaves in them. 1/2 inch more would make it.

Received today and am disappointed to see how small they are. My fault for not reading more closely. Ok for typical loaves, but too small for typical sourdough boules as I bake. My bread baking family bake similar boules so they can't use either. Will probably return unless I can think of a use for them.
