In all honesty, I like this product a lot. It is easy to use and clean. I do wish it was a little less expensive, but other than that I am happy with the item. I purchased a second one to gift my baker friend. 😊

I bought this to replace an electric sifter that broke. This works great for sifting dry ingredients for cakes, but sifting almond flour and powdered sugar for macarons ended up clogging it up. I had to dump the ingredients into a bowl and sift by hand. I think I'll replace with the other model again.
