Came in a ziplock bag that looked like it had been tampered with. Markers work just fine though. Just thought the packaging was a little strange.

There's a wide variety of surfaces that these can write on. You can use it on paper too but it will bleed a lot as the ink is alcohol based. Also the alcohol fumes could be overwhelming at times. But for the price the quality you get is abundant and there's nothing to complain about.
