Complete I could even think of would be the end of the wires which they were quick connects and extra pig tails that it would come with.

It’s a decent option if you're on a budget and don’t need too many extras, but be prepared for some limitations.

want something cheap and bright enough to be noticeable then get them if you want to stand out above everyone spend your money elsewhere

they are junk pulled them out of the bock and they wouldn’t even work and some of them came on and was barley any light at all they AREN’T BRIGHT AT ALL JUNK DO NOT BUY

They are pretty terrible as far as lumen output. I have three diode rock lights that emit twice as much light and draw less amps, so I returned these. They would work just fine but don’t expect to be impressed

These seem like decent quality, I have attached the wires to a 12v source and am impressed with the light output, however I didn't read as I should have, these do require hard-wiring into your vehicle's electrical system and are not the battery operated ones you see all the time. I haven't gotten them installed yet, not sure if I will.
