The only thing I disliked didn’t come with extra features like a manual switch where I could turn it off when I don’t want it on besides that it’s a good product I’d like some of the hood real good and it’s easy to assemble and connect everything just wish you came with instructions

The switch is a hollow bolt with a piece of plastic (about the dia of a Qtip with a spade connector on the bottom) thru the middle of it. The bolt about 2†mounts through a hole in metal with 2 supplied nuts and a star washer. The ground wire from the lights attaches to the spade connector. A spring inside the bolt keeps the plastic rod pushed up so the spade connector makes contact with metal thus the lights are on. When you close the hood it pushes down on rod, breaks the ground and lights go off. Make sure you have clearance under the bolt for the plastic rod. Works better so far than the mercury switch on the Chevy truck I had. Nice and bright.

Just tried connecting the lights with the switch and got no lights. I checked the continuity of the fuse, and it was good. Direct connected it to the battery, and you can see it doesn't work. At least I only wasted 3 minutes. I'll find an American or Japanese product, rather than a company who doesn't test their products.Instructions were very minimal, no website or company name to troubleshoot.DO NOT BUY from this company!

Il s'installe très bien le seul point négatif est que les connecteur son pas terrible mais une fois enlever il éclairé vraiment beaucoup kit complet je recommande

Very easy to install. make sure you clean up all the parts where you will be installing the lights. I added a bit of silicone to make sure it stays in place. it is also very easy to connect all wiringgreat product.

Has plenty of light from the 2 strips of LEDs. I opted for a toggle on/off switch after struggling with the provided pin switch ( couldn’t find a spot for it to work ). The picture of what is included shows a on/off switch but isn’t included. The quality of this product is very light, so I don’t expect it to last long but for the price I like it.
