Good stretch. The fabric is pretty thin however. I got the white colour and it’s slightly see-through.

These high-waist dance shorts are perfect! The spandex material is soft, stretchy, and super comfortable. The high waist provides great support and stays in place while moving. They’re flattering and work perfectly for dancing or workouts. A great combination of style and functionality!

Cute gold color that leans a bit champagne which I prefer over a yellowed gold. As always I personally think that mini-shorts and center seams shouldn't exist in the same garment lol. But the sizing is accurate and they are advertised properly. Generally pretty comfortable.

I LOVE these dance shorts! I thought I would just wear them once for a disco party, but now I wear them all the time to yoga and to the gym. They are really cute and cheeky, are such a cool color, and stretch so well. I like how thin they are for when I am working out - the bulky clothes bother me so much. They are a great material and high quality. I wash them on cold and lay them flat to dry to ensure there is no shrinkage!

I have a large, butt, I am not going to lie. I’m not ashamed of it, but I’m not quite sure what I was thinking when I saw the ad and thought let me get those really short tight Lycra hot pants. I think it was my inner 80s child calling out from the past begging her mother to get the brightness shiniest neon clothes possible and I just fed my child what she wanted. Now they are lovely lime green. I will say that great color. I can wear them under things as really shiny underwear and that’s what I’ve been doing, if I ever lose 3/4 of my body weight I might be able to carry them off in public but until then they make a nice addition that only I know about and they are comfortable. I will give them that. They’re soft and stretchy. But I would caution an adult woman over the age of a ‘certain age’ before you make the purchase determine is this really something you at your age need in your life or is it your inner child? Let that make your decision for you.

The color is right, the materials seem very good. The stitching is quite nice and overall, this is a quality item. I normally am between a small and medium with 29" hips, so I went with the medium. I was expecting them to come up a bit, but they literally are right below my breasts! The image shows them below the belly button, and there is just no way to get them that low. They are VERY high up, and if they had any compression, could be considered shapewear.I'd say size down a lot, they are very long up top.
