Danger very poor wells zero penetration on to steel plate. The pin pulled directly out of the pail plate as you can see. There's no steel material on the top side of the world.It's totally flat showing that there was no penetration on to the steel plate.Probably probably welding without thoroughly grinding and or cleaning welding surfaces.If you buy this you should anticipate that you should grind the world off and reweld it yourself so that you have some kind of penetration on both sides of the world on the pin and also into the plate where the pin inserts
