Used this as a solo, small woman and it worked great to haul heavy items. I carried a wet 5x8 rug to the dumpster by myself when we needed 2 people to carry it in. I recommend this to my independent ladies.

I bought this to move something that weighs about 90 lbs. I lifted it with the shoulder strap on and felt the metal bend under the weight. Would not recommend if you’re moving heavy things.
