Almost one month ago, I had rotator cuff/Bicep Tendon/Frozen shoulder surgery! To say the least, sleeping was impossible with a sling/immobilizer on. Even once the immobilizer came off, it was still hard to sleep and get comfortable. Propping pillows did not help. I finally found this pillow and it has been a game changer! I’m out of my sling and use this every night to sleep on my back and my non-surgical side and I get a good night sleep. It’s comfortable and stays in place while sleeping due to the strap that goes over your arm! Definitely a 5 Star!!!! I highly recommend it to anyone that has had shoulder surgery of any kind and is out of their sling. You won’t regret the purchase.

I had rotator cuff surgery on my right shoulder in January. For the first few weeks you have to sit up to sleep but after that sleeping in bed can be a challenge. I read the reviews on this pillow and I’m so thankful for those that took the time to send a review because it really helped me. So I want to return the favor and let consumers know that this pillow is life after getting out of your large shoulder sling after surgery. During my recovery I have had to use it several times to get comfortable to sleep because I am used to sleeping on my right side. As the days go on, I don’t need it as much to sleep so now I’m using it as a pillow to set my iPad up to read and I am going to try it as a beach pillow when we go to the beach. It is soft and the lilac color is so pretty. HIGHLY recommend.

Helps a lot! Shoulder pain less. Strap in laughable small that needs to be changed in my opinion. The pocket and thumb rest is true love!

Having a frozen shoulder makes getting comfortable difficult. This pillow is very helpful with positioning your arm and shoulder to find some comfort. I use it while sitting on the couch and in bed. Size is great. For me it relives pain.

I bought this in anticipation of my rotator cuff/biceps tendon repair. Brutal surgery and the sling made me claustrophobic. This was a good way to position my arm while watching television and gave me a much needed break from that impossible sling! My only suggestion would be that thicker padding would have resulted in me giving this five stars. I added a folder towel between the pillow and my body and that provided just the right support.

I have some messed up shoulders and this pillow doesn’t seem to hurt or help them. The best thing has been trying to sleep on my back.

I fell down the basement stairs and broke my shoulder into four pieces. I had a terrible time getting comfortable and this pillow was a tremendous help. It supports my arm and should just right.

This was a good idea in theory, not in practice. Couldn't find any way to make it workable. Tried taking out some stuffing. Tried everything. Ended up putting it in a Goodwill box

I injured my shoulder a year ago. I've had physio and a steroid injection. The worst pain has been at night waking me up.Why didn't anyone tell me about this pillow?I only use it in bed. It enables me to sleep on my side in comfort and the velcro strap endures it stays in placeThe pillow also prevents my shoulder falling forward which I feel made the pain worseI'm sleeping so much better with it.
