I purchased this valve to replace my old bathroom valve. Had a plumber to install it but somehow it keeps leaking no matter what you do. I was hoping this product will come with a Teflon tape but it doesn't, i had to buy one myself to stop leak which didn't work either. My Plumber gave up on it and told me that its threads that are not good one so had to buy another one from somewhere else and call plumber again to install it which did cost me more money and time with added frustration of not being able to use bathroom for a couple of days. A piece of advise - buy other good brand valve and save your money and time with added peace of mind.

I'm no plumbing wizard, but the install was surprisingly straightforward – the instructions were a breeze to follow. Now, the shower experience is totally transformed. This R11000 rough in valve was a nightmare for my certified plumber to install it in our remodel bathroom. After installing it and finishing all the plumbing work when we turned water on, the rough in valve body started water leakage from many cracks and flooded the bathroom.We have to redo everything again, cleanup the water damage mess which added cost by thousands of dollars and extended project timeline.
