We've used this mat to cook bacon in the oven, and also to make potato chips in the microwave. The little pyramids keep the food off the surface to keep things from getting soggy. Microwave potato chips are crispy and delicious. And the bacon...well, duh, it's bacon! :)Be prepared that it's a little floppy...you'll probably need a sheet pan to get it into and out of the microwave without spilling your potato chips. But it's PERFECT for that application.Drops in the dishwasher for effortless cleaning. Great product at a great price!

The mats are great for cooking fries, chicken nuggets and foods like that. I used mine recently to cook some coconut shrimp. The best feature is that you don’t have to turn the food over for thorough cooking because everything heats evenly. Clean up is easy as you can just put it in the dishwasher. My only concern is that the mats do not come with instructions for use. I went to the manufacturer’s website and it’s recommended to not exceed 440 degrees. So I have found that foods recommended to be cooked at a higher temperature, just add a few minutes to the cooking time and you get the same results.

I've used it with pork chops,chicken wings, and fries it works great with everything, if you don't use a dishwasher like me, then as I discovered you should put it in hot soapy water immediately, and let it soak.

I Purchased this item because I make livercake treats for my dogs, and as I use my airfryer oven it was to big, so I cut it in half, and do the two trays at once , it is so easy to use and does a brilliant job.
