I’ve made dinner rolls twice in the past month and this mat has been a wonderful surface to work on. It’s the perfect size, thick and heavy duty/durable, the top is smooth so the dough doesn’t stick, but the bottom is - not sticky, but doesn’t slide on the countertop, it lays perfectly flat despite living in a cabinet rolled up, and cleans up easily. After years of using the plastic rolling mats that won’t lay flat, and slide around on the counter, I really wish I’d gotten this long ago!

This mat is great, which is why I'm keeping it. Unfortunately, it came folded, and the creases appear to be permanent. I tried using a steamed towel and other techniques to remove creases. Nothing seemed to work. Thankfully, my use will be limited, so I can probably deal with the creases. If you bake a lot, this may not be the mat for you. I would encourage the manufacturer to consider investing in tubes and rolling the mats for storage and shipping.

I needed a new mat for baking and making pizza dough. My old one ended up with a few holes in it and I think it is because I use a metal dough cutter to break up pieces of pizza dough. I looked for a thicker mat, this one is much thicker than my old one. Plus it has a ridged edge along the sides which helps keep the flour on the mat. It is very large, but it fits the area I use it in, which I did measure ahead of time to make sure. It is very sticky, to my counter, which makes it hard to move once down, but that is not necessarily a bad thing, it will stay in place. So far it works for what I want, hopefully it will last a while and not get holes in it.

I had ordered this product specifically for the green colour and the thick edges it was claiming to have. But what I received was a normal blue silicone sheet without any of the feature's it claimed!I had ordered from this seller despite the longer delivery time only because I wanted the product they have shown in the product image. Had I wanted this blue one i could have ordered from many other genuine sellers who had earlier delivery. This seller just wasted my time, energy and money.Indian customers beware of this seller as they don’t deliver what they offer and are deceiving customers. Totally disappointed with the product and the seller. Definitely returning and never buying from this seller again.

I ordered it only cause of the thickness it was advertised as and upon receiving it it was as thin as paper. Yes, it’s silicone. Has a grip on the counter but I wanted the thickness as shown. So I’ll give it 2 star for False advertisement.
