This set is a one time purchase with no more need of parchment paper. It doesn't require any, or very little, maintenance. It is a really handy and simple method of loading and retrieving breads to and from the oven. Fewer burned fingers.

I love this product. I was using parchment paper for baking in my Dutch oven. It was difficult to turn the bread out once cooked. This product saves me from burning my fingers and hands. So easy to use. Definitely recommendation for bread makers. Keep on baking sourdough bread.

I used one of these baking a loaf of sour dough bread. It kept the bread from sticking to the pan that I used and was easy to lift out with the long handles

For years I’ve been using parchment paper for my sourdough bread. I’m so happy I found this product. It makes baking my sourdough simpler. It has long handles, so getting the bread out of the Dutch oven is safe. The silicone is easily cleanable. I either rinse it off or put it in the dishwasher. The only thing I worry about is put my Dutch ovens in and get my oven up to 500°, then I put the dough in and change the temp to 440°. The description says it is only safe to take it to 446°, so that may change how I usually do it. Overall happy with the product

Using these for dutch oven bread. The smaller fits my 6 qt pot nicely. I decided to cut the flaps off 1/2 way. Otherwise, they end up baking into the rising top. I would have liked a smaller version rather than the larger. My cast iron pot is pretty large at 6 quarts. I'm not sure what size pot you'd have to need the larger one, but I won't be using it.
