I’ve had this silicone matte for a while and I love it! It is perfect for any kind of sticky dough like cinnamon rolls or scones. I use a knife to cut the rolls and the matte protects my counter from damage. I sprinkle a little flour on the silicone then roll out dough and nothing sticks. When I’m done I wipe it down with a sponge and a little soap. Super easy to clean up and use. To store it, I roll it up and wrap a rubber band loosely on the ends. Great quality for the price. The size is perfect for baking with bread dough and a rolling pin. The diameter measurements are helpful for pies and scones. This silicone matte works great!

I am new to baking, and bought the mat in hopes of improving my dough-making skills. Happy to report that the mat proved to be a useful, low-cost way of baking better goodies. The 16" x 26" version is a large enough surface for kneading dough, while still being small enough to fit in my small kitchen. Lightly flouring the silicone surface did a materially better job of preventing the dough from sticking, than using a large acrylic cutting board. The mat is thick enough that it should hold up well, and there were no marks or scratches from using a dough scraper to cut the dough. Clean-up was easy, with all the baking residue washing right off.My only (minor) criticism is that the mat does slip around, despite being marketed as non-slip. I did need to weight the corners of the mat to prevent it from slipping while I kneaded the dough. It was an easy enough fix.

One of the best kitchen products I’ve ever purchased!! I have tile countertops & have always struggled with rolling dough for tortillas and pies, but this has been a game changer for me! It doesn’t slide & it’s easy to clean. I’ve used it several times & haven’t had any issues with it. I’m able to put it away by folding it & when I take it out again it’s not bent. Wish I would’ve bought this ages ago!!

It has a good size to work on. Works great on my counter or table. Its nonslip material is a plus. Only downfall is that the print is a little to light. I have to bend the mat to make the measurements visible. It is bendable and will not crease the mat which makes it easy to store. Tough material, good quality and no smell to the mat.

I ordered the 26â€x20†and wasn’t sure it was big enough but it’s perfect! The 2’x3’ would have been too big for my table. It’s surprisingly thick considering that it can easily be folded and rolled. The marking is crisp and the texture really keeps dough from sticking, as well as making cleaning easy. I’m very happy with this mat!
