These are great for making pie crust or working dough for bread, pizza, bagels, etc. It is easy to use and easy to clean. It has some tooth to it, so it really holds the flour well when you lay out a dusting before kneading your dough. It's a great size and you can roll it up for easy storage. It was a great price too.

I love this baking mat. The size is great for rolling out all my baking needs. Gives you all different sizes on the mat so you know when you have rolled your dough to the size you need. Easy to wipe clean. Highly recommend !

I use this on my outdoor work table to roll out pizza dough for my 12 in pizza oven.The size rings are a big help as the oven is not tolerant of oversize pizzas. Non stick if you use enough flour, and easy to clean.It is what I hoped it would be.

This mat is perfect for anyone who is a baker. Large size and it adheres to the surface you’re working on so it doesn’t slip around while you’re trying to knead dough! It makes rolling out pie crust a breeze. I wish my mom who was truly a Baker could have had one of these she would’ve loved it. I know I do!
