Excellent Quality. I am using it to cover/protect the beautiful oak hardwood top I made for my steal powder coated cabinet. It is easy to wipe clean with a wet sponge because the surface is smooth. it's also easy to use with and see small parts because there are no ridges and colors make for a good contrast vs just black. it is easy to cut to your desired size with a razor or side cutter with just one pass. And I was surprised how easy it was to remove magic marker and ink pen lines with isopropyl alcohol. And with the shinny side down, this mat has an excellent grip so it doesn't slide! I am very happy with this mat!

This is exactly what I was looking for, and I really had to hunt for it. Amazon kept promoting low-quality versions. This fit my Frigidaire 30" induction cooktop with room to spare in both directions. I will trim it a little for a perfect fit.This is smooth and thick, and grips the cooktop well. I felt it really protected the glass during a marathon Christmas cooking spree (there were mixing bowls and cookie sheets everywhere). It will not slide around at all, but it isn't too hard to get perfectly aligned. It comes rolled up which was a top priority and it arrived in perfect condition. The box is sturdy enough for storage when not in use. It was also easy to roll it up and get it back in the box. I have had too many products that won't go back in the box once you take them out. By the way, it had no noticeable odor.

I purchased this to add a silicone mat under two resin printers. It was more material than I needed but it was the only option that was wide enough to cover the entire top of my printer stand. Cutting was easy, I rough cut the mat to the right length with scissors (use good heavy duty scissors, not a cheap dollar store pair) and did the final cutting with a box cutter. Both cuts were easy with zero issues. This material is THICK. 1.25mm may not seem thick but when compared to some smaller mats I have that average .2mm it's monstrously thick.Beware though, this stuff in a dust and lint magnet. It seems to suck the tiniest particles of dust out of the air all the time. 2 days of it simply sitting unused in my print room (not a veey dusty place) leaves the surface feeling gritty to the touch. It's also very difficult to get the dust off, nothing I've tried has done the job easily. The closest I've come to easily cleaning it is wiping it down with IPA, letting it dry and wiping it down again.I'm super pleased with this product. It was enough material to do the job I needed it for plus do the same for my roommate's printer stand and have enough left over for other uses. Absolutely great value for the price.

I bought this to protect the surface of a black metal cabinet that scratched easily and it worked PERFECT! It cuts really, really easily (like you can just glide your scissors along in a straight line). I used a sharpie to draw out where I needed to cut and was able to easily get off any marker leftover afterwards. It has a shiny side which is supposed to go face down to help it kind of “adhere†to the surface (it doesn’t actually have any adhesive and you can easily lift it off, but it’s like an anti-slip material on one side) and it works really well. The top side is more of a matte finish and objects can move across it easily but don’t slip and slide, plus it can be wiped down easily to remove any dust, crumbs, liquid, or other residue. It’s very thin, but not in a way where it seems cheap and it would be extremely difficult to tear or scratch. It lays completely flat and I haven’t had any problems with it shifting around. It’s so seamless that people don’t even realize there’s a mat there unless I tell them. I’ll definitely find a use for the rest of the roll at some point.

This mat is very good quality and in my opinion, after buying many silicone mats for various purposes, the 2mm thickness like this one is the best. Thinner mats will work for many purposes but it's hard to get them to lie flat and harder to get the bubbles out of them when doing so. This mat lays down perfectly. A thinner mat will be more prone to damage depending on the purpose you have in mind.My only complaint about this mat is that it is not the stated size. I bought the 24x16 inch version which should have perfectly covered the surface I'm using it on but it does not. It's about 5/16" short in both directions. So keep that in mind. I'll be buying another one anyway because I like the quality. I gave this mat 4 stars. If the seller updates the dimensions to the correct ones, I'll increase my rating to 5 stars. Accuracy matters.The translucent version looks white despite being fairly translucent. That's not the sellers fault. So be aware of that if you hope for more translucence than is possible with silicone.Regarding the complaints here about things like hair and lint clinging to the mat, that is not a defect in the mat. That is the nature of silicone so be aware of that before you buy it.

Used these mats on my quartz counter tops when I did buffet style diner. Protected them from staining. Also used a warming mat on them and created enough of a barrier from the heat. Wouldn't use to put a hot pot directly on. Gave me peace of mind that my light color quartz wouldn't get ruined.

Heavy duty! I actually bought this to put in the bottom of my chainsaw case. Cut to fit. Was exactly what I wanted and bought it for. Would recommend to anyone

The best part, it is not folded so it's not creased.But, it's not very easy to clean though and water marks are visible.

This worked so well under my countertop portable oven at Thanksgiving. I cut a piece to go under it and used the remainder to cover the quartz on the island so that all my hot dishes could be in one place for serving! I even put my hand under the edge to feel the counter underneath and it was room temp! Thrilled to find this.
