The mat is perfect for pastry, bread and pasta making. It’s a bit on the thin side so it could be cut easily if using a knife or pastry cutter too firmly. Otherwise it’s great with the measurements on it, easy to clean, is stable if a bit of water is splashed under it. It was worth’s the $$ to me to have this mat. Since I’m not the neatest cook, I also use it under my cutting boards to catch moisture or pieces of whatever I’m cutting up. It also keeps the boards from sliding on the counter. No snell to it at all. Easy to roll up and store it.

4 stars only because I roasted veg and the balsamic vinegar stained the silicone material. It's not a huge deal, and I expect any kind of pan liner will stain. It doesn't affect the performance of the product at all.I liked that it came in a roll where I could custom cut pieces to fit my pans. The ready-made ones always left a gap of at least 1/2" around the edges of the pans, which limited surface use. Very frustrating. Plus, the ready-made ones can't be cut due to fiberglass in the center.This material is thinner and flimsier than ready-made, but sticky enough to not slide around the pan when dumping food or batter into it. I also like that the upper temperature limit is fairly high. I do a lot of roasting so being able to set my oven at 425*F was very nice. Overall I recommend this product. One thing, however: get the longer and larger size rolls. You'd be surprised how quickly you'll use up a roll cutting pieces to fit all your pans. It's just nice to have enough. Save the leftover strips to line the edges of deeper pans like the lasagna pan.

First off, the mat is in my sink with water on it, thats why it looks bubbled, its not. *This is the perfect mat for kneading dough.* The mat is "just right thin" and very flexible. The dough mat wipes off clean and washes easily in the sink. It adheres to your counter so it wont move while you work. It will fold up small so you can store it without wondering where youre going to keep it.. This versatile mat is everything I need to make my life easier and I am a chef and a skilled bread baker.. I bake all my breads, I dont buy bread.. If you dont like this mat then you dont need one. Its PERFECT!! A++++

This Baking Mat sticks to the counter so it doesn’t slide when rolling and it has rings printed on it for various pie sizes. It’s thin and stores easily plus I wash in sudsy water and hang over oven handle to drip dry. Love it.

This is a terrific product. Extra large, clings to counter. The circles imprinted are really good to help roll out the correct size pie crust. Exactly as ordered. Makes clean up so easy.
