These are easy to clean, high quality baking mats. I love to roast veggies as a side dish with meals. Before investing in baking mats, I was using a lot of parchment paper to keep food from sticking to the baking sheets. These mats work great! Food doesn't stick to them and they wash up so easily. These would make great gifts for the people in your life who love to cook.

This is amazing. It works like a parchment paper on your baking pans and it makes your bakes so much efficient. My cookies turn out super nice and not burnt underneath thanks to this mat. Also great for macarons. You’ll get the nice texture and fullness from this mat. Recommend 100%. No more waste in parchment paper.

These are great for cookies, but I used one of them to put Chinese crab omelets on it to keep them warm in the oven, and I can't get the smell out. Quality is excellent and it works well for cookies.

Bought these to use in a Breville air fryer/oven. They fit the quarter sheet baking pans I have and do a wonderful job of keeping the pans clean under cooking food as well as creating a non-stick surface for baked goods. No need for aluminum foil or parchment. I also use them as drip pans under the air fryer basket, at temperatures up to 450°, so they are in the oven every time I use it. Clean up is a breeze. After a year they look as good as new.

This is just the solution to my bread baking challenge. With just a bit of flour on it, the dough can be folded and formed without sticking. Clean up is a breeze even with hand washing. I also got the MMmat silicone cradle to place the dough on in the Dutch oven.

Love not having to grease cookie sheets. There are no stuck bits to remove before putting next batch in the oven. Cleans up easily. And found great hint online to store clean mats rolled up and held together by a paper roll. Delighted with my purchase.

I have some really nice cookie sheets (heavy duty), but they are banged up from years of use. I bought the mats and they fit perfectly inside and allow me to continue using my cookie sheets. The cookies come out super crisp (but gooey inside) and recently I just did sweet tater tots and they came out fabulous as well. Without the mats, the cookies sometimes would be burnt on the bottom. They all cooked consistent throughout the cookie sheet.

Good quality and the are the perfect size if you buy them with the suggested oven pan. They work great and can be a bit tricky to clean.

Love the mat. Put it in the sink. Run a brush over it. Rinse and dry with a cloth. And it’s ready to be used again. Toasted bread and reheat roasted chicken. No issues with the mat.

My fault at not making an effect to take note of the size before buying… but two of them together really pack a punch. I am using them to toast my nuts, spices; bake scones, cookies. They even stand very well when I hesitantly use them to roast potatoes, even chicken ! I come to really like the two of them as more and more I use them. Good stuff ðŸ‘.
