Game changer! I bought this mat to use when I started making sourdough bread. It has helped so much to reduce the dough from sticking to my counter as well as the cleanup is so much easier. I can just pick it up and rinse it in the sink I love having a larger work surface as well. The quality is amazing! Would definitely recommend!

My Wife is thrilled about how well this mat works! She used to use a board and it would be slipping all over the place! This sticks to the counter and not the dough! Easy to clean as well.

OK, for me it isn't a big deal but my wife (for whom I bought this after I shredded her old one by using it to cut dough) said she feels as if she is working on burlap due to the color of the mat. In addition, she misses all of the other circles and measuring lines on her old mat.
