Great baking mats! Good thickness, and well made. They come with 3 rubber ties to keep them rolled when not in use. That lay flat and do not curl. I would definitely recommend them!

These come in handy when baking. You can also use it to roll out dough like bread as well. Only issue I had is the were a tiny bit too big for my baking sheets, but that didn't phase me I still used them. I like them. They are easy to clean, and very pliable.

I have been using Silpat brand silicone baking mats for years and I love them, but, they are very expensive. SOMEONE in my family, my son seems to have hinted it might have been him, decided use a knife on one of my baking mats, so I needed a new one. Yes, the face and feeling you feel reading that is how I felt! I tried this brand and I have to say I love them. I use the mats just about every single day for cooking because we are vegan and roasted vegetables are the bomb!!! I do put my heat up to 450 degrees, and the mats have held up beautifully. The mats work great, are completely non stick, clean well when I hand wash them, and have been doing great in the dishwasher so far. I am not a baker, so I didn't buy them for that reason, but seeing how much easier it seems to make cookies and rolling dough and measuring, I might just attempt it soon. I do make pizza very often and it was great having the large mat to measure the size I wanted. Rolling the dough was very easy. I would definitely recommend this product.

I made this purchase based on a recommendation. I don't know why I never bought these before! They are a game changer for baking. I was using a clean surface to shape my sourdough but I would have to add flour so it wouldn't stick. I decided I would try shaping my dough on two of the large mats together, and WOW! It worked great! I didn't need to add any flour at all. My dough did not stick!

These are amazing! I like the circles on the cookie sheets for spreading my cookies out evenly. The cookies never stick and the mats wash up easily with soap and water, with no residue left behind. They are also perfect for rolling out dough because it doesn’t stick like it does on the counter.
