Very happy with EuChoiz Silcone pastry mat which provides an excellent work surface for shaping sourdough without having to create a huge mess worrying about flour going everywhere and difficult clean up. The raised edges keeps the flour on the mat, though, I am careful, I can shape the dough creating very little mess. The mat fits nicely on top of my stove. With a little bit of four sprinkled on the mat, there is little to no worries about the dough to sticking to the mat. Cleanup is a breeze and once dry, the mat easily rolls up with the provided tie and can store in my kitchen cabinet. Highly recommend...it's a game changer for making sourdough bread.

I absolutely LOVE this pastry mat! It is high quality and stays in place as you roll out dough WITHOUT having to weight it down at the corners with the flour canister, pie plate, whatever else you can grab. The handy little tie that comes with it makes storage easier and less space necessary. I highly recommend this pastry mat!

I don't know how I ever lived without this . Clean up easy and protects my wooden table work surface. Template makes cut out cookies and pie crusts makes for easy pie making. Use it for making my sour dough breads also. Dough will not stick to mat. I love this mat SO much! I bought the very large one that would cover my entire work surface. One good feature this mat has is a rimmed edge to prevent excess flour from spilling onto your work surface.

Keeps the flour contained on your countertop and has a nice lip around the edges. Works great and cleans up very easy rolls up for easy storage too. As a seasoned baker, I highly recommend.

Love it, large enough to do a cake log roll, extra size pie crusts lays flat, doesn’t move while you are rolling anything out. Easy clean up. Get one asap!

This works great on my counter has some stick to it which makes rolling out pizza dough for homemade pizza so much easier. Doesn’t wash/dry well in dishwasher but I now hand wash since it’s easier for me.

Love that it stays in place on the countertop, and the raised edge keeps the flour where it should be. Easy to clean, easier to store with the enclosed zip tie. I can see myself finally attempting to make cut-out cookies and pie crusts now that I have this pastry mat!

I love everything about this mat. It is substantial and stays secure on the counter with easy clean-up. When finished using, I just roll it up and secure it with the cute zip tie they provide. Easy storage. I highly recommend it!

Just received my baking mat. I have used it only once, but it stays in place nicely, and is as described. Can't give a long-term assessment, but like it a lot so far.

I use it almost daily for sourdough. It's good, but I wish it was a bit heavier/stayed down better. Cleans super easy.
