This is my second one purchased, my 1st i e i unfortunately bought it through a different vendor but I fell in love with the ease of use, cleaning and overall functionality. Made if sturdy thick rubber with raised edges and heavy-duty so it won't slip and slide once you set it on your counter or island. It is extremely easy to wipe down and dries quickly air dried. Folds easily, and can be stored in a drawer. It is not sticky at all. This matt is purely used for kneading bread, rolling pie crust and cookies doughs not for baking.I plan on buying another one. Definitely worth the price and I do recommend it

Loved this mat, use it for making pizza dough, it is so nice to have the sizing on it and it keeps my countertops clean.

This mat is very large and has so many useful measurement markings. I use it often to make breads. It is also so much easier to clean and store than kneading dough directly on the counter. A really nice feature of the mat is that it does not slip around when you knead dough on it. I really like this quality product.

This silcone mat is a gamer changer for making life easier for the baker in me. Has come in very handy many times already. With a sprinkle of flour, nothing stuck to it so far...from making calzones to cutting out cookies. I bought one for a friend and she loved it too. Like the perfect work surface to keep the rest of my kitchen clean. It's going to last a long time, easy to roll up and store and washed up well, except it was too big for my sink!

If you are a baker, this item is a must. I know it rolls up so that you can store it away, but I keep mine out on my kitchen island at all times because it is so versatile. If you bake using a lot of flour and messy stuff, and get your surface gooey it sticky, this mat is an absolute BREEZE to clean. Everything just wipe up clean … nothing sticks, nothing to scrub like with cutting boards. Just wipes clean! It has measurements right in it for rolling certain doughs out … I just can’t say enough about it. I’ve made thousands of dollars of purchases with Amazon, and funny enough, this is truly one of my most favorite and useful purchases. The only drawback is that you can’t cut on it.

After vacillating between getting the smaller vs larger mat, I'm glad to have selected this large one. It's thick, large, and thus far gripped the counter well when making pasta and bread doughs. Easy to read the baking references, the dough sizing is handy, easy clean up and rolled storage. This makes my baking easier all around. As such I can recommend the item.

Very simple somewhat easy to clean mat and easy to keep your countertop clean. Keep in mind that since it’s all floppy and large, you’ll need a fairly good size sink to wash it with easy. Otherwise, stick to wiping it down while on the countertop. That’s what I do.ProsStays in place when in use.Easy to clean.Measurements on the mat are helpful.The raised edge is helpful to avoid liquid spilling over when in use.ConsI don’t have any cons for this item. Price was fair and it does it’s job well.

If you are like me and have a stone (quarts/granite) countertop this is a must!The bottom of the mat sticks well to the counter top and doesn't move while working with the dough and the flour is very easy to clean off of the silicone!
