Fox Alloy Silver Phosphorus Brazing Rods BCup-5
Characteristics:
The BCuP-5 silver brazing rod, is equivalent to the American standard AWS BCuP-5 national standard BCu88PAg and L205, this very popular alloy offers superior ductility and strength. It is suitable for wide gap applications. Joint clearances of 0.002-0.006". Easy to use, good control. Used extensively in copper tube joining applications.
NOTE:
It can be directly welded to red copper, but it is necessary to use flux when soldering copper alloys such as brass

I didn't know you could weld stainless with a stick. Worked great, I am not a great welder but this went smooth and everything is stuck together. Saved finding someone to weld my stainless.

After buying some other brazing rod here on Amazon from an awful company with awful customer service and no specs on their rod, I returned it, and bought this instead. It was clearly marked as 15% silver rod and had a chart showing exact phosphorus content, which is what I was looking for.It brazed up and flowed beautifully, and my AC held its charge, and cooled my house again... just in time for the temperature to plummet a week later.Stupid autumn.
