Hold both ends of the balloon and stretch it on the tying tool
Stretch the end of the balloon and wrap around the knotting tool once
Intersect the both ends and pass through the knotter
Use the index finger to hook the end of the balloon out of the knotting tool and finish the knotting

My only complaint is that it didn’t come with everything listed as it appeared to have been used and returned. That aside it is very useful and easy to use. Was great to use!

Ease of use was great. It is fast. Only thing is it needs a longer cord. The cord to plug into the wall is extremely short, so it does not reach a table if you’re trying to sit down or stand up to blow the balloons up.
