How to use
Step 1

These are by far one of the best purchases I’ve made this year. My family does a lot of cooking and use a LOT of garlic. It is definitely cheaper and better to have bulbs of garlic on hand, but it is very time consuming to peel them by hand.Previously, I would have my family member use the jar hack to peel garlic skin, but this saves so much more time and works so well it’s wild to me we didn’t have this in our kitchen earlier! So easy to store, and it is made of silicone so it can even be squished to store(although I feel overtime it may start to warp if you did that). My grandparents hate new gadgets in the house but they LOVE this garlic peeler because they have readily peeled garlic in less than 5 seconds! All you have to do is place a bulb inside the tube, squish, and roll a few times.The silicone also makes it easy for most of the garlic skin to stick to, so cleanup is easy as rinsing off the leftover skin inside the tubes and giving them a good wash.

When I first received this little gadget I thought it was not going to work. I was actually trying to roll it between my palms to take the peels off the garlic. I quickly realized I was doing it wrong. Once I found out that I needed to pressed and rolled on the countertop it worked like a charm. I love garlic but I hated to peel it by hand. Now this little gadget is the perfect size and does it very quickly. Now I peel a bunch of garlic and placed them in a jar in the fridge and they are ready when I need them. This is the perfect gadget and great value. Highly recommend.

I am one of those people who live by the adage "there is no such thing as too much garlic". That belief is tempered, however by my sincere dislike for peeling garlic. I mean, does anyone like to peel garlic? I don't think so. I have tried the put the pod between two steel bowels and shake them vigorously and they mostly peel all of the pods, but then as much as I like garlic, that is most surely more garlic for just about any dish. I then got some tweezer looking things to help peel garlic and that made the job easier, but I still had to stand at the counter and peel away. So, I was quite a bit skeptical when I ordered this, (I mean a simple rubber tube for peeling garlic - what?) but though, what the heck, they are cheap enough though I really didn't see how it could acutally work. Once I got it and gave it a try the skepticism evaporated. This thing really does work and work well. You can peel a garlic pod in seconds and they come out clean and ready to use once you trim the bottom and top of the pod. Hurray! No more annoying garlic peeling for me, all for less than a buck and one-half each.

This does work. But I honestly don't look forward to using it. The main reason is because if the surface has any moisture on it at all, it doesn't seem to grip. It slides. The diameter of the "tube" is too large, in my opinion. If it were smaller, it seems like it would more reliably grip the garlic and work more reliably. I'm learning how to deal with it, but I may look for an alternative. I can't say I recommend this at all. Could just be me though.

The rollers seemed a bit goofy but they were cheap so I decided to try them out. They do a good job with minimal effort, cleaning is also easy.

We use this product every time we peel garlic. It’s super easy to clean, durable, and works well for how much it costs. Would recommend to any frequent garlic user!

These garlic peelers are FABULOUS!! I have never been able to peel garlic so quickly. I know that there are 'garlic presses' (hand Held) that advertise the fact that you do not have to peel the garlic prrior to pressing ... and that is true BUT with the garlic peel on, it takes ++++ hand 'strength' to separate and press the garlic clove contents
