I received 2 remotes and they don’t work. I used a remote that I know that works, but the receiver doesn’t work with remotes.

Piece of junk don't waste your money. This is the second peoce of junk I've bought. The first one the end where the satellite cable attaches randomly broke after a year and now the second one keeps turning on and off because the power cable where it attaches is breaking. So much for quality products anymore

Dock will only work if you play with the antenna where it plugs into the dock. Low quality not worth any price.
