How to use:
- Put more than 30% fat content cream. Don't more than Max line capacity
- Screw on whipper head tightly
- Place N2Ocharger into charger holder
- Screw the charger holder until the charger content is released with a hissing sound
- Shake whipper briskly about 10 times or more
- Make cream onto cake or coffee as you like
- Use CO2 cartridges ONLY when using the dispenser as a soda siphon for carbonating beverages or acidic sauces, but NOT with cream.

Love these whipped cream dispensers. Bought my first one in Germany 30 years ago and it is still good as new. This second one is a birthday gift for myself to use in my cabin. So handy. I add to the whipper container, 1 cup cream, 1 tablespoon powdered sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Put it together. screw the charger on last so you can hear the whoosh when the gas goes into the cream. Shake a couple of times and voila! Yummy cream for pies, fruit, or any other way you need cream. It keeps several weeks in the fridge unless someone decides it is just too tempting.

Worked well for a few times, then the ridges in the screw cap became worn down so it doesn’t work anymore. Only lasted a few weeks. There should be an option to replace the cap if it’s going to be such cheap plastic?

Got used to using one of these when we lived in Europe! It is a great invention and so handy to have. Stores the cream for weeks in the canister without it going bad! Love it!

Pros:- Good Price- Highly efficient- Comes with several different shaped nozzlesCons:- Doesn't really work with ISI 'professional' cream chargers, but I don't blame the manufacture for that- Everything is made of high quality metal except the thing where you put the cartridge is plastic... whatever, still gets five stars.
