Installation
The V groove wheel can attach to the sliding gate in different ways
The thick mounting plate is designed for weld-on installation; the holes on the mounting plate are for bolt-on installation (1/4" bolts needed)

Overall they are built fairly well, however the only thing that concerns me is the bolt that goes through the bearings. The bolt fits snuggly in the bearing near the head of the bolt, however the side towards the nut doesn't and has some play in it. I suspect that this is because of the threads on the bolt instead of being a shoulder bolt which would eliminate this play. Over all construction seems very well aside from this.

I used these for a shed door. They ride on a piece of 1 1/2 angle. They're quiet and smooth when in use. They've been outside for 2 years in all types of heat and freezing temps. They still look brand new.

replaced standard nylon wheels, these inverted V Groove wheels on an inverted V-track have much less rolling friction and have changed the roof rolling off from a hard job to an easy job.
