Like some other reviewers noted the 1/4 case was too small to fit our 1/4 violin. The case appears well made and sturdy. The materials are very lightweight, and the presentation is pleasant. Interior is felt covered hard foam vs a softer material. Likely that would be fine if there was space for the violin. We’ll be returning this item to find one which fits and doesn’t require modification.

I ordered the 1/4 size and our violin wouldn’t fit. Our 1/4 size violin was just slightly wider and longer than the opening. We will have to return it.
