Purchased for 9 year old in 2nd year of learning. She absolutely loves it. Sound and instrument met expectations for a beginner's first. Case could have been better made as some of the stitches came lose on edging, but durable enough.

I wanted to return it but daughters school started so decided to keep it and cut my losses. The unit delivered are red where as the unit pictured is such an elegant brown.
