Tuning pegs are not working. I tune the viola and the pegs become loose making it impossible to play the viola. I find it very difficult to return the item due to seller not been very helpful in the process

Got it and it's not set up took it to a music shop to get it set up and the list of things wrong with it came up to $187.05 I'm not doing the repairs and returning total crap

It looks nice, but isn't even a viola. It's a violin, and the instructions are for a violin too.
