Makes steering much easier. Definitely need Pitman arm puller. You will need front end alignment and do yourself a favor install dual shock steering stabilizer or you will have alot of bump steering, tire wear and wandering.

Have a 4" lift on my 06 Super Duty. Power steering gear box was leaking so I replaced it and thought might as well put in a drop pitman arm too. Sum it up it was horrible. Dump steered and wondered all over the road. Put stock pitman arm back on that same day. It also hit turning to the right. I'm guessing this would work better for a 6"+ lift, but for 4" it didn't. It was built very well and Skyjacker is a great company just didn't work for my truck.

This is ok but they tell you to use the Pitman nut again and that is a no no , you want a better deal get theFabtech FTS92011 kit it comes with the same arm but also a new pitman/sector nut and loctitethe Fabtech arm that comes in the kit is a FT30122 and it is commonly called the 92011 since Fabtech only sells it in the kit
