Your cart is empty.Softride Add-a-leafs use only American steel and are shot-peened with hard steel pellets at very high velocities. This shot-peening compresses the surface of the steel thereby increasing the tensile strength of the leaf. Without this shot-peening procedure, the maximum wheel travel and ride quality could not be achieved without sacrificing the life of the leaf. The Skyjacker add-a-leafs are pre-drilled for the center pin. Pin location varies with each application. Most have long tapered ends for a progressive affect and ride comfort.

April 2016. 2002 Toyota Tundra 4WD.When new and recently installed, they leveled out my truck nicely. The truck always has a modest load in the back. Without these springs, it sagged horribly and the handling was adversely affected. These simple Skyjacker springs changed everything about my truck's handling for the better. Plus, the appearance is better because it doesn't look a baby in saggy overfilled diapers.Another brand of curly springs broke leaving my truck lopsided. The other springs lasted maybe ten years. I have no idea how long these Skyjackers will last.YOU WILL NEED LONGER U BOLTS. THE FACTORY BOLTS ARE NOT LONG ENOUGH.AS MOST FOLKS KNOW, THIS WILL NOT INCREASE THE LOAD WEIGHT THAT YOUR TRUCK CAN CARRY. IT JUST HELPS SO THAT THE LOAD CARRIED IS MORE LEVEL. WITHOUT A LOAD THOUGH, YOUR TRUCK WILL SIT LIKE A STINK BUG WITH THESE.Also when you are all done, I strongly recommend that you get an alignment.

I've had these on for about a week now and they give a nice rear lift, which makes it nice for heavy loads so it doesn't squat as much. These also don't make the ride any firmer as the name suggests. They are pretty easy to install (especially with air tools) and don't make any abnormal noises. The handling is actually better since there is less sway in the back. I got about 2" of lift with these which is what skyjacker says on their website, even though amazon says 3" lift.
