I liked getting the multipack of new seam gauges. I do a lot of quilting, and it was a hassle to have to hunt around to find my seam gauge if I "misplaced" it. I sew upstairs and downstairs, and it's great to have a gauge near each location. These are nice and sturdy. I hadn't noticed how worn my original seam gauge (45 years old!!) had gotten. Arrived quickly, well packed, and highly recommended. Great value if you are teaching a class or making up gift packages.

I have been a frequent flyer at Amazon for many many years, and I am a verrrrrry happy girl today. A few purchases I have been "Chinatized" on...making me hesistant..... but this purchase is wonderful! Nice sturdy durable, the slide markers are durable as well. For 60 years of sewing, have always misplaced my seam gauge as I am working on a project, so have had a flat small magnet on the back of the sewing machine to keep it handy. These seam gauges are sufficient metal to stick to the magnet. ...this means not aluminum based. Thank you ever so much! What a bargain! :):):)

Works. Flimsy compared to the ones I had at one point. Works well but fragile, very easy to bend or fold it over by accident.

I have used such tools for years, and was a costumer and seamstress.I needed to get some more of these because I could not fine the ones I had.Glad to get this product quickly.But... THESE ARE USELESS.The sliders WILL NOT STAY IN PLACE TO MEASURE.As soon as you put the gauge against anything, the plastic slidersjust move away, and CANNOT be used to measure.The point of using a gauge is to have a slider that stays on a place on the gaugeto let you know an exact measure of your work.The way the sliders are made on these, they are just a solid piece of plastic.These slider SHOULD open at the back, and be made to tension against the sides of gauge's track.But these sliders, being solid little pieces, have no way to "push" against the open track in the gauge.So there is NO WAY for these gauges to work.IF YOU KNOW THE EXACT MEASURE YOU NEED you can usesome clear scotch tape to hold the slider in place.But this is (poo poo) and just is something to toss.PLUS the gauge itself is so flimsy, you can bend it just handling it.I would gladly pay more for the real thing, with some quality.I have had good quality gauges, and these are NOT them.

I had such sewing tool for over a half-century and misplace it and missed it so much. Jumped up for joy when I came on tools that looked just like it on Amazon. The Sliding Gauge Sewing Measuring Tool came three in a set and is identical to what I relied on for so many years for more than just sewing use. It is just great for marking small measurements on anything with more accuracy and less eye-strain than using a measuring tape or ruler.

These are really flexible, and came very bent. They were easy to bend back, but also I keep bending them when I use them. Still works fine enough for what I need.
