We all have heard the cliché, "best bang for your buck", right? Well this is a legitimate example of that cliché.I have a 2006 Chevrolet Corvette and I added this system in lieu of the stock system. The parts all came nicely packaged and well protected from damage. There was molded foam, bubble wrap, and peanuts inside when I opened the box. Not a scratch or dent on the system! I took it to my local Chevrolet dealership and they installed it in an afternoon.The price of this system is far less than an axle-back system from Borla, Corsa, or Akrapovic...but the sweet music your car makes every time you crank it up with the SLP voice is unbeatable! This is the best money you can spend on an exhaust system, if your goal is to improve the sound of your car. It doesn't do much to help add horsepower since it is a short axle-back system. What you see in the picture is all you get (well, you also get the hardware to put it on your car). Admittedly, this system is VERY LOUD. If you live in a neighborhood where people get upset when you make noise, you may want to reconsider this product. There is no sound dampening technology. It is loud 100% of the time. Even on the highway, at highway speeds, this system still produces a loud song.With the price being so affordable, the care that the manufacturer puts into making sure it is shipped to you undamaged, and the sweet, sweet sound it makes once it is on your car...I'd recommend this product to anyone! I love this system on my car and wouldn't want anything else on it! If you are still searching, seriously look into this. Watch videos on YouTube, you'll be as impressed as I was. This will turn your dull car into a super car.

As a previous SLP customer, I expected this exhaust kit to be of good quality and to sound good. I was not disappointed. The shipping box had very good protection for the parts inside and the parts were all very good quality. I'm a novice mechanic at best so getting the OEM Exhaust off was a real chore. The installation of the SLP kit was very straight forward. The total install time for me we about four hours but I was not rushing it and working by myself. Once installed I started the vette and heard the exact idle tone and loudness that I was wanting. It really is a big change from the OEM exhaust. The exhaust during acceleration is loud and it does drone at highway speed. I had read other reviews and knew that the Loudmouth kit shipped with resonators (not mufflers) and agree with most of the reviews I read. It's LOUD and it drones, but to me, it sounds exactly how I wanted and expected. My vette is a 2005 base model with no modifications to the intake or exhaust system. I rate this kit five stars and would highly recommend SLP products to others.

Installed the exhaust. The passenger side stub assembly, had the exhaust hanger welded on wrong. Asked for a replacement part. Was charged 70 bucks for it. What a great company

First off, the muffler shop that installed this said it didn’t fit really well. I don’t know, I didn’t do it but that’s what they said. They did get it installed and the start up sound is amazing. It sounds great overall but only downfall is the drone it makes through certain RPM ranges.

Exhaust sounds great. Happy with finished product however it’s almost impossible to align both tips perfectly when installing and my kit came missing all of the hardware. The inside of both exhaust tips are already rusting and they’ve been on the car less than 500 miles. Budget exhaust at best. Better to go with Borla.

I bought these for my 07 Corvette. Have been looking for exhaust for awhile. After watching videos on YouTube, I decided to go with these. Easy install. Just installed by lifting the car onto jacks. Took about 1.5 hrs. The hardest part was just getting the original exhaust out ( not much room to pull apart/maneuver).The sound on these are amazing. The make the car sound so much better and like a true sports car. I do have to say if it's your daily driver, you may want to choose another exhaust. They are loud, (sound awesome), but the noise could get annoying after awhile if you don't like the sound all the time.I would definitely recommend these! Great sound and can definitely notice more pull when accelerating. These we're great choice and about half the price of Borla or Corsa exhaust systems. Best bang for the buck!

Very well packaged, box was a bit beat from shipping but not a scratch on the parts. Had trouble with a pair of clamps but no big deal. Manual trans install is easier than auto trans. Longest part of the install is aligning the tips. I have them paired with long tube headers and catless x-pipe. These are great if you dont want to hear your wife or anyone else nagging in the passenger seat. If you are noise sensitive these are not for you. Cruising at 65-80 sounds pretty mellow, but as soon as you step on it you hear every single HP. Great buy for half the price of other systems.

2005 manual c6 corvette, awesome sound. Terrible drone below 2k rpm’s, it sounds like my civic si. But, that can be a good thing. A tractor at super low revs, a civic at cruise revs, and americas finest bald eagles unleashed above 3k Rpm’s. I’ve gotten nothing but positive compliments from other for this exhaust. Me like it.
