Note: There are several variations in the listing for style and quantity. I’m reviewing the 24 piece 1.2†size, 80 ML set.This is a good value for a set of 24 total (not 24 sheets of magnets, 24 total magnets), 3M adhesive back, peel and stick installation round magnets. The quality is good in the magnet strength and the adhesive. They’re a round size that measures (in this variation) 1.2 inches across, 2mm (0.08â€) thick..They come in a plastic bag that you can re-close if you are careful. One note of caution, be careful when you are handling the magnet sheets to get a sheet of magnets out for use. I did find that it was very easy to accidentally dislodge a magnet on accident when I was trying to get a sheet out.They are a standard magnet material and work well on magnet friendly items (check that your surface is magnet friendly). I like to use magnets like these to put small notepads and smaller, light organizer items on my fridge. It’s hard to find magnetic items easily so I make my own with these.You may have some trial and error to be sure you have enough magnets on each item, so you may have to go back and add more if you feel it’s not secure enough. Always be sure to press the adhesive side firmly into the item to be sure it’s installed well.Note that each magnet is rated in the listing details (there are no instructions with them) to be able to hold 40-60 grams (1.4 oz – 2.11oz). For safety, you may want to use a scale to weigh your item and plan how many magnets you’ll need to use by the ounces in weight so you can plan your layout. You’ll want to be sure you have the magnets on both sides and in several areas to make the distribution even and secure.Remember that these are magnetic magnets, so keep them away from kids and pets unsupervised for safety as ingesting magnets can cause very serious issues that can necessitate prompt, serious and invasive medical intervention.

I've purchased a lot of magnets over the years, both with and without adhesive backing. First, the magnets are not very strong. That's okay depending on what your using them for. It'd estimate these are good for holding light cardboard or paper signs on a fixed object, like the side of refrigerator. I don't think they would hold well on a moving object like an entry door or refrigerator door. The jarring of the opening and closing would likely cause them to slide down, depending on the weight of the object they are holding.Second, the adhesive isn't very strong. I wouldn't rely on the adhesive alone to hold a smooth surfaced object, like something plastic. This might hold well on paper, but something plastic will likely not provide enough friction to get a good hold. The adhesive is fine for placing the magnet, but I'd secure it with super glue on anything plastic.

These are perfect for projects that you might create with your 3d printer to stick on the fridge door or anyplace that something lightweight needs to be placed magnetically.The backing shows to be 3M, a standard in adhesive products. They stick easily to clean smooth surfaces and the magnet will hold lightweight objects temporarily that will stick to a magnet.You could use them to place laminated signs to metal doors for temporary use. It is a good product with a number of useful purposes.I do not think the glue backing will adhere well to rough surfaces as there is not much flexibility in the adhesive.I can recommend the product for a variety of uses, do your research first to see if it will work for your purpose.

These adhesive magnets are an awesome find. I got them to stick on the back of a notepad so we can write grocery lists on our fridge—much easier to use what we have laying around than to keep replacing with magnetic pads! The magnets are a lot bigger than I expected, which is great, because the large surface area keeps the notepad in place. The adhesive backing is very strong and secure. I will say the magnets are a bit thick, which can create a “ripple†on the writing surface, but I’m just making grocery lists so it doesn’t bother me. Overall, these work very well and are just what I was looking for.

Points for ease of use due to the adhesive backing, but deductions for magnetic strength. We were going to use these for save the dates, wooden, laser engraved discs, turned into fridge magnets. We had to go for a stronger magnetic set as these didn't cut it, the wooden discs didn't adhere securely to our fridge.
