Recieved the trap, unpacked it and put it together. I was a lttle hard to figure out how it went together, but made it work. Seems like there could be a little better instructions. I caught my first raccoon the second night, then my second coon 2 nights later. They did tear the trap up, but I managed to bend the parts back in shape. Overall I am very satified with the purchase.

The trap may seem borderline, but it works absolutely perfect to rid your place of any intruder up to an adult raccoon.

Bought a couple of these to trap a few cats at my language school in Mexico. Because they flatten, they are easy to airplane check. Set up was pretty straight forward, directions included. Traps worked like a charm! While they are sturdy for occasional use, I probably wouldn't purchase these particular ones if you were a professional cat trapper. I used plastic zip ties to make sure the back end (not the end with the lifting/trapping door) stays close. Very happy. Great product for the price!

Directions not clear, needs some illustrations for better understanding. There is a picture of the cage and says to place this wire there, but difficult to know which wire and where to put it. It took me two hours to figure it all out.

For skunks, raccoons and opossums. The release will eventually break because the metal is so thin. Don’t expect this product to last.
