Great press, just what I was looking for, heavy cast iron with wood handle comfortable for my elderly hand, perfect size 6-3/4†diameter with wave texture on bottom. Appears to be well made. I use it to make raw patties and then to press meat while cooking. Also for grilled sandwiches. The included waxed papers are a plus.

Correction, mine has no drawer, otherwise, identical to the picture. Well designed, quality materials and craftsmanship. Pieces fit well in assembly, all parts included. Of medium complexity in assembly. Looks nice in placement. Would recommend.

È bastato un lavaggio e si è creata la ruggine. Non lo consiglio, è un pessimo prodotto. Il manico è di plastica dura
