I didn't expect much fom a small, inexpensive gadget, but I was wrong. It makes my meal prep much easier and my burgers taste better because they are uniformly thick. The added papers allow me to stack the burgers neatly in the freezer.

I bought this patty press to replace a plastic press that had the top press crack.I did find that the metal press in this kit is the same size so I can use it with the old plastic press. The reason that I like that idea is because the plastic press has a removable insert between the top and bottom of the press. This eliminates the need for wax paper under the patty.The main reason I bought this press is because of the material and durability. It's metal. It works well and the price is reasonable.It cleans easily, it's the right size, and it has the wax paper.One caveat, you have to use the wax paper or the ground beef will stick in the press.

I was looking for a basic burger press, saw this one, and opted for it.One thing that swayed me was the 150 patty papers.We don't eat a lot of burgers, so I figured that this amount will last us for a couple of years before we need a refill.The press itself is functional and easy to use.When you make a patty, put the paper in the bottom. When you remove the patty, it will stick to the top a little bit, but it is not a big problem.You can fix this by using two sheets of paper, but that will reduce your supply by 1/2.Cheers ðŸ·

I am trying to stay away from processed or ultra processed food. The hamburger press is fantastic. The box came with a pack of pre-cut round wax paper. I put one sheet at the bottom of the presser. Using a spoon, filled the presser with the fresh ground beef & ground pork mix. Sprinkled the meat with salt and pepper. Put another sheet on top and pressed down. I was impressed. The thickness and the hamburger patties came out beautifully. It is better than frozen hamburger patties from supermarket. No mess, no hassle and easy to use. Great price.

Device works ok. The raw hamburger meat is difficult to remove without deforming the patties as the supposed non-stick does not work well. Probably should have sprayed it with cooking spray before using.The device does form nice size patties and we will continue to use, just next time will coat before use.
