I'd honestly like a better made one. These were small and kind of cheap made, they are loud, and easy to install, the blinking light is really bright and the battery life has lasted a while so far.

First off the bright red light constantly flashes it's quite annoying. It goes through batteries very fast it is semi loud but not the best . The quality seems to fit the price. Easy to install and seems to work as it should. Smoke detection works good I would not use this as a primary detection method.

Very cheap product.....So i lite a piece of paper...Blew it out and held it under the alarm....No alarm went off....I will be returning it

I placed a large order of these smoke detectors for our client's homes, and upon using them, we have found that about half of them are defective and constantly beep for no reason. This shows that these smoke detectors are defective, and now Amazon will not help, so I warn customers to avoid these smoke detectors.
