Friday is homemade pizza night and the large rolling pins do not work on all baking sheets. This is perfect to spread out pizza crust. The weight of the marble works well.

I feel foolish for not getting this before. You can store it so much easier, control the dough SO much better, and it's small enough so my children can use it and I get free child labor. If you are a baker, get this.

Heavy in the hand but rolls beautifully. Better than the wooden roller I had which was lighter but stuck to the dough.

Don't let the small size fool you, this marble roller may be little, but it has a good, heavy weight and works wonderfully! It's also a great size for kids to use, as my 9 & 7 year old boys love to be able to roll out the dough for their own individual pizzas with ease. It works great on large or small items, but I especially love it when you get down to the last bit of cookie dough that needs re-flattened when you're using cookie cutters, as it really is the perfect size. I actually find myself reaching for this instead of my full size marble roller for most every baking project. The kids also love to steal it to roll out clay & play-dough, which isn't a problem as it washes beautifully no matter what you throw at it. I also love that it takes up very little storage space in our tiny kitchen!
